ePassport Operating Systems

e-Smart designed and developed the secure smart operating system for India electronic Passports. More than 50 Million units will be issued starting 2024. The operating system are certified for security under Common Criteria EAL 4+ scheme by BrightSight - The Netherlands under the Dutch Scheme.

Driving Licenses / Vehicle registration

e-Smart's SmartScos™ Smart card operating system is certified by NIC, Ministry of Information Technology, Government of India for compliance to ScostaCL specifications. More than a 150 Million cards have been issued over the last decade by various licensing authorities in India, Bangladesh, Nepal etc. Operating Systems compliant to ISO18013 are also available.

Personalisation Solutions

e-Smart's e-Passport enrolment, data-Preparation & Personalisation solution allows to capture complete demographic and biometric data (Fingerprint or Iris) and data preparation to be compliant to ISO 9303. The system interfaces with different passport personalisation machines like Diletta.

PAN Cards

We manufactured and delivered close to 4 Million fully personalised Income Tax Permanent Account Number Cards (PAN Cards) to UTI Technology Services Limited for North India.

Delhi Driving License & Vehicle Registration

e-Smart executed a complete end to end Delhi Driving License (2011-2021) & Vehicle Registration (2014-2021) Issuance from 13 Licensing Authorities in New Delhi as a service provider to DIMTS Limited. More than 13 Million cards were issued.

AADHAAR Enrolments

e-Smart was one of the very first supplier of Iris ID TD100 Iris Camera's to UIDAI. In addition, e-Smart executed on field AADHAAR Enrolments in Fatehgarh Saheb and Patiala districts of the state of Punjab. Around 0.4 Million people were enrolled by our teams.
